This was a sad day. Last Tuesday, FOUR people in our family got sick. On the same day. Within an hour of each other. And sick they were. It went on for about 14 hours--non-stop. Suffice it to say we did not have enough throwup bowls in the house. At one point Kresten thought it made sense for all of them to stay together in the same room...a little sick ward. So here we have Matthew, Abby, Kresten, and Hannah (and Coconut--not sick, but wouldn't leave Hannah's side). I had just distributed cool washrags for their foreheads. It was the saddest thing ever. Cry, moan, throw up, repeat. We thought food poisoning, but had to rule out anything logical. Then the next day I felt sick. Not as bad, definitely, but something was not right. Could it have been witnessing and cleaning up about 40 episodes of throw up within a 14 hour period? Hmmm.

Nothing sends a shiver down my spine more than the thought of having multiple people sick in the house at the same time.....yikes. Hope you are all feeling better!
This is one of the cutest pictures. It made me smile (the rags on their heads) and feel for you for having to take care of them and clean up all the throw up. One of the fun things we get to do as mothers.
